iManage Token not recognised -- Re-establishing connection via removal and re-adding.
Usual signs of this is if you find something akin to this in the iManage logs:

FAILED:No Token. So in order to resolve it's best to check the 'credentials' part of the 'User Security' section to see if they have a token that's expired or set to never. If it's set to never you can remove this and request the user to restablish their connection again by doing the following:
1. Open the 'Admin' panel and go into 'User Security' then 'Credentials'
2. From here select the entry that should be theirs (will use their username)
3. Press 'Remove Credentials'

4. From the there relevant user will need to close and reopen the QuickDrop tool (Important this is done) and they should get a popup that looks like this:

5. Select ''Get Token'
6. Follow instructions on the webpage to re-acquire the token.
7. Once done the user is in a position to test the matter search again; FlowMatrix server service does not need restarting.
