Issues with document submission--- submitted document makes a new folder --- Ensure all appropriate Department groups are child groups of Department
One of the reasons why a submitted document can generate a folder outside a department (one that is named after the feeearner/recipient of the document in question) is because the relevant department is not in the correct group as a child group to the "Department" group. To be able to do this:
1. Open the Admin panel
2. On the left side Navigate to the "User Security" tab and expand.
3. select "Groups"
4.From here click on "Departments" under "Current Groups"
5. If the department is not showing in the "Child Groups" (for example "Employment") Then select "Employment" under "All Groups" and press the "Add Child Group" button.

From here it will be added. A FlowMatrix service restart is not required for this though it would be a good idea for users in the relevant department to re-open their tool to be safe.
