Jobs processing to the wrong user --> manually sent to the wrong user --> Usage of the Sent To User tool
In such cases, from the client view, this can be simply done by doing the following:
1. Open the QuickDrop tool and select the "Send To" option and the option "Send To User"

2. From here you can filter by department or put in a substring of a name of a user to find.
3. Select it to be the one to send to.
4. A comment will need to be written (such as reason for reassignment as an example) for the validation of the tool to approve and enable the button "OK"

5. Press "OK" and this should then submit the job to reassign to the user. For the user who this is reassigned to they may need to refresh their job queue if they have the tool open to be able to view it once it's completed.
