Deploying Apps to Xerox devices
Open the FlowMatrix Admin Panel and navigate to Plugin Services -> Device Configuration
If there is no profile currently setup click on “Add Profile”
In the “Create New Profile” dialog, enter a profile name, set the Server Connector Address to the IP of the FlowMatrix server and untick the “Display HP” checkboxes

Click OK
To add a new Device click on “Add Device” to popup the Add device dialog

Here you can “Broadcast” to try and find all the available MFDs or click on Single Device to find the MFD by IP Address and click Search

Tick the device you wish to add and click “Add Device”
Select the Profile from the combo box and click “Finish”

Click close and the device should now appear in the list under the scanning profile

Right click on the device and click “Assign License”

Now double click on the device to open its properties
Add Shortcuts - Update Device
Under Device Credentials, untick the “Use Group Credentials” and enter the admin username and password for the device – then click Apply Credentials
Now select the Xerox Registration tab
Under Printer Index click the Scan Button, it should find a number, then press Apply
Next tick the checkbox next to the apps you wish to add to the device and click “Update Device”

Finally, click the cross in the top right of the device properties window to close and be sure to press Apply in the bottom right of the main Device Configuration window before finishing.
