FW: FlowMatrix Job Processing Error Notification. Job#288401 Suspending job rather than workflow - Error whilst trying to execute against database: MatterSphere8
Scenario:
They are unable to resume a job at the route_upload stage because of the error in the subject; in such cases resume again to replicate issue and look at logs.
Action:
If the error like this exists:
ERROR [HY007] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Associated statement is not prepared
After logging out the query used it may be because the associate details are not filled in like this:
AssociateID
In such cases there are two options:
1: Check if the user has routed a job that is the same document type like this one; if they have (such as "Compensation Recovery Unit") then you can copy the details and ID across as it should match the location of where it's routing.
2: If no such details exists escalate to the client and include the jobs details such as client and matter ids, the title of the document from the File contents field should contain a title that matches the associatename (and ID by association)
that will require someone in IT who manages MatterSphere the to be responsible to supply if required.
For both cases once both fields are filled it is safe then to resume the job.
