Long Held Jobs - Jobs that appear to be stuck/locked in the system (Or side effect of a suspended workflow.)
Quick Action: Suspend all the jobs that are in the automated email and resume them again.
Scenario: An automated ticket is made where it states that there are long held jobs in the system that are partway in processing (not including Create_Large_PDFs jobs).
Action:
All the jobs in the long held jobs can be searched via the workflow queue and then suspended and resumed to unlock them. Once done it will be best to wait for 5-10 minutes before refreshing to see if the jobs and job count has shifted to
show they have continued processing.
If they have not then the Dashboard would need to be checked to make sure that the workflow (matching the name of the state in the long held job email/ticket) is not suspended.
