FlowMatrix Workflow Service does not start up -- Potential issue: server is unable to connect to the databases via ODBC. for technicians only
Quick Action: (if waiting to get back onto the server) Run them through testing using the Action below
Scenario: The FM service wont start up (So admin panel does not connect nor does the client tools, the FlowMatrix Workflow Service is stet on stopped.)
Action:
Replicate the issue first and try to resume. if it fails you can check if it fails to connect to the database by two ways:
- Open up the ODBC and check if the FlowMatrix can be connected to via there by a test connection.
